Project Overview
Inventipedia is an independent educational resource created to make patent information and the invention process more accessible. Covering topics such as patentability, filing, costs, timelines, and invention development, the platform helps inventors better understand a process that can otherwise feel complex and difficult to navigate.
Through Eniac Design Group, I donated design time, resources, and subject-matter expertise to help bring the resource to life. The contribution extended across the website's structure and user experience, educational resource design, and visual identity, including the Inventipedia logo and branded letterhead and stationery for downloadable guides and PDFs.
The goal was to create a useful, approachable resource that people could access freely, without paywalls or mandatory sign-ups. By combining clear information architecture, accessible educational content, and a consistent visual identity, Inventipedia is designed to help people find reliable guidance and take more informed steps as they explore their inventions and intellectual property.
