Tiny Home Groundwork is an independently developed educational resource designed to help people make informed decisions about tiny-home living, from choosing land and understanding local regulations to planning dimensions, utilities, and design requirements. The site organizes practical guidance around the questions and decisions that arise before committing time and money to a tiny-home project.

I developed the platform with a focus on clarity, usability, and actionable information, creating a visual identity and website structure that make complex planning considerations easier to understand. The resource is designed to grow through interconnected topic guides, practical checklists, and free downloadable references that help readers move from initial research toward informed decisions.

Eniac Design Group donated time, design expertise, and practical input to support the project, contributing to its visual identity, logo, and overall presentation. That support also draws on relevant experience with tiny homes on wheels, container homes, small-space design, and custom furniture.

The goal is to provide a genuinely useful resource that remains freely accessible, helping prospective tiny-home owners approach the process with greater confidence and a clearer understanding of the work involved.
