Project Overview

I developed print and digital marketing materials for Ty Ataei, a real estate professional with Realty ONE Group serving both residential and commercial clients. The work covered a range of advertising needs, from promoting individual property listings and commercial real estate services to communicating Ty’s experience and broader real estate offering.

Print materials included Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) campaigns for commercial real estate, new listings, upcoming properties, and professional services. The digital work extended across Instagram marketing graphics and banner ads, adapting the messaging and visual presentation to different advertising formats.

The project also included a Lunar New Year-themed services flyer, using a distinctive red-and-yellow palette to give the campaign a seasonal identity while promoting Ty’s real estate services. Across the different formats, the goal was to create clear, engaging marketing materials tailored to each campaign’s purpose and audience.
